We process only the data needed to respond to requests and organize the requested services.
Online table reservations are provided through an embedded ialoc widget. The external script and booking interface load only after you open the reservation dialog, at which point your browser connects directly to ialoc.ro.
If you submit a reservation, ialoc may process your name, email address, phone number, selected venue, date, time, party size, other details you provide, and reservation status. IALOC SRL determines the purposes and means of its platform processing as described in its Privacy Policy. ialoc shares the relevant booking information with A46 so we can review, confirm, manage, or contact you about the reservation.
A46 processes the reservation details it receives to take steps at your request before providing a service and to perform the resulting booking. Privacy requests about A46's processing may be sent to A46. Requests about ialoc's platform processing should be sent to ialoc at hello@ialoc.ro.
We use data to respond to booking or quote requests, communicate about services, administer the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
The legal bases are pre-contractual steps at your request, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest in running the business, and consent for non-essential cookies.
Data may be accessed by providers that help us operate the website, email, hosting, interactive map, and traffic analytics. They process data under our instructions or their own policies, depending on the service.
IALOC SRL operates the embedded reservation platform as a separate data controller for its platform activities. It sends A46 the booking information needed for A46 to manage the requested reservation.
Form inquiries are generally kept for up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless the law requires a longer period or retention is needed to defend a right.
A46 keeps reservation information only for as long as needed to manage the booking, meet legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. ialoc applies its own retention periods under its Privacy Policy; A46 does not control those periods.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian supervisory authority.
